Landlords Gas Safety Certificate

At Boiler Service UK we offer Landlords Gas Safety checks at a cost of £55.00 per house with a maximum of 3 Gas appliances, and for an extra £10.00 we will supply and fit a new carbon monoxide alarm.

We will contact your tenants to arrange a time and date with them at their convenience and e-mail your gas safety certificate to you. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and qualified on all natural gas appliances.

Manufacturers’ Warranty and Guarantee

Boiler maintenance is required for your manufacturer’s warranty and guarantee.

A new A rated Gas Boiler will typically come with a manufacture warranty of 5 to 12 years as standard. It is important to be aware that in order for your warranty or guarantee to remain valid an annual service must be carried out by an approved engineer.
